Cancellation Policy
🌀 CTRL+R Studio™ — 60-Minute Creative Strategy Check-In 📋 Reservation Policy for Active Clients Thank you for booking your monthly 1-on-1 session with CTRL+R Studio™. These check-ins are part of your active service plan and are designed to keep us aligned, inspired, and executing at a high level. ✅ Booking Confirmation All check-in sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite and your video link of choice: Zoom or Google Meet. ⏰ Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your session using your confirmation email. Cancellations: Cancellations within 12 hours are discouraged unless an emergency arises. No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice will be marked as completed for that month. 💳 Payment Terms This session is included in your current monthly service plan—no additional payment required at booking. (Unless otherwise specified.) 🧾 What to Expect A 60-minute virtual creative session designed for active clients. We’ll check in on key goals, assess performance, align strategy, and spark new ideas to keep your brand thriving. Each session includes: Progress review and updates Strategic feedback on current deliverables Creative ideation and planning for the next phase Optional: Light AI-driven content or design preview Follow-up summary delivered within 3 business days This session is strategic.
